Dr. Marvin Schick is one of North America's leading strategists, thinkers, and writers on issues facing Jewish Day School education. He has served for a third of a century as the President of the Rabbi Jacob Joseph School, a voluntary position, is Senior Advisor to the Avi Chai Foundation, and publisher of the Journal of Halacha and Contemporary Society.  He has taught political science and constitutional law at Hunter College and the Graduate Faculty for the New School for Social Research. Dr. Schick writes a weekly column in The New York Jewish Week and writes extensively about American Jewish life. His writing and commentary can be sampled at: www.mschick.blogspot.com.
